Ingredients:
5-6 medium sized Potatoes boiled and peeled
1½ cup Besan
6-7 Green Chilis paste
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp Red Chili powder
2 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
Oil
Water
Salt to taste

Preparation:
For the Batter:
Take besan, red chili powder, salt and sufficient water to make thick batter.
For the Stuffing:
Peel the boiled potatoes and mash well. In a big mixing bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, green chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, haldi, jeera powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and shape into round balls.
Dip the potato balls in hot oil, fry till golden brown. Then drain on absorbent paper.
Serving: Serve hot with green chutney.
