- Soak the dal in water for about 2 hours.
- Grind the dal, Jeera, Red Chillies and Curry leaves to a coarse paste without adding water.
- Take care that the paste is coarse and not fine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well. - Wet you palm with little water and make round shaped Vadai's and drop them gently into hot oil.
- Fry them well on both sides till golden brown on medium flame.
- Crispy Kadala Parippu Vada is ready to be served!
