  • Wash and soak the poha in some water for 10-20 minutes.
  • Boil or bake potato, cool and peel the skin off.
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients together, except the bread crumbs and oil.
  • Mash and mix them.
  • Roll and Flatten tightly with your hands and roll in the bread crumbs and fry in oil.
  • Just remember that the oil should be hot enough or they cutlets will break up.
  • Serve hot with chutney or eat plain.
