Potato cake with raclette cheese - video recipe!
If you don't know raclette cheese, now is the time to try it ! This French cheese is a must have on a dining table during winter, and this potato cake will show you how great it can be!

- 9 inches diameter sprinform pan

- Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them using a mandolin.
- Do the same with the onion, and put everything in a big bowl.
- Mix the eggs with the flour and the melted butter, and finally pour the milk while whisking. Add salt and pepper.
- Pour this batter into the bowl of potato slices and mix. Grease the pan and pour half of the potatoes.
- Cover with raclette cheese, then with the prosciutto slices. Then, add more cheese :-D
- Pour the remaining potatoes and smooth the top.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your potato cake with raclette cheese is ready !
Observations
You can cook the onions in a pan with olive oil before if you prefer.
