Baby corn-1 cup sliced
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Garam masala powder-2 tsp
Corn flour-1 tblpsn
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves-for garnishing
In a mixing bowl add baby corn,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt,cornflour and mix well.
Heat oil for shallow frying and fry this till golden.Remove this and set aside.
In the same kadai,fry onions till golden..
Add in the spice powders and mix for 30 sec.Now add in tomatoes and mix well.Cook till the tomatoes become mushy.
Add in the fried babycorn and toss well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
