Ingredients:
Chicken-1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste-1 tblspn
Red chilli powder-1 tblspn
Coriander powder(malli podi)- 1tblspn
Turmeric powder(manjal podi)-1 tsp
Cumin powder(jeera podi)-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-2 tsp
Saunf(sombu)-1 tsp
Cinnamon(pattai)-1 inch piece
Cumin seeds(jeera)-1 tsp
Green chilli-2 chopped
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup chopped
Egg-1
Pepper-1 tsp
Red colour-a pinch
Corn flour-1 tblspn
Maida-1 tblspn
Lemon juice-2 tblspn
Salt-to taste
Oil-for deep frying

Preparation:
Mix all the ingrediants except oil with the chicken and marinate it for around 3 hours or overnight.
Then heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken for 10-20 min.till cooked and golden.
Serve with fresh salad and a squeeze of lemon juice.
