Hi, this is the fifty third entry abou the art of cooking Italian pasta. It’s easy-to-do, tasty. It has regular nutrition facts and that is unusual. In fact pasta salad has always a lot of ingredients and is rich in fat and calories. Kamut is a form of wheat originated in Egypt. Kamut flour has a lot of properties: it is easy-to-digest, it has a higher protein and potassium content. Compared to regular wheat, Kamut is lower in carbohydrates and higher in protein, amino acids and lipids. You can use it for muffins, bread and baked goods. We use organic whole kamut flour and pasta very often. We like it and it’s an healthy product. Interested in all our entries about Italian cuisine? read the complete list.
