Stuffed mushrooms baked in the oven (a great idea for appetizers)

We had some leftover mushrooms last time, and instead of making a sauté, we decided to bake them! But first, we stuffed them with a fragrant mixture that we love. Thanks to the mozzarella, this mixture holds together well. You can cut your mushrooms in half or quarters and secure them with toothpicks for the appetizer ;-)

  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and clean the caps with a damp cloth.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Using a tablespoon, fill the center of each mushroom with the stuffing.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C). And there you have it! Enjoy your meal ;-)
