Vinegared Bean sprouts

By Soy-sauce Queen

1/2 lb Moyashi (bean sprouts)

1/3 cup Japanese soy sauce

1/3  cup Vinegar

2 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp Chili paste

2 tbsp sesame oil

wash and boil Moyashi (bean sprouts) for 2 minutes and drain well

mix Japanese soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame seeds, oil and chili paste

put boiled Moyashi into it

turn Moyashi over a few times in that bowl

keep it in the refrigerator more than 30 minutes and serve in the bowl

This is very healthy side dish.
