Bola-bola (filipino meatballs)

Ingredients

• 650 g extra-lean ground pork
• 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 1 small sweet potato, grated
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup plain white flour
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

• Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a greased baking tray.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
