Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F or 180F.
Step 2: Beat the sugar, eggs and salt until stiff.
Step 3: Add the flour bit by bit and combine well using a wooden spatula.
Step 4: Add the coconut milk and pandan essence, combine well.
Step 5: Transfer the batter into a lightly greased baking form, bake for 20 minutes or until set.
Step 6: If you want to steam, it takes 30 minutes
