- First take the roasted chana dal,chillies ajwain in the blender and blend to fine powder and keep it aside.
- Take the large bowl and add the 3 cups of rice flour,1 cup urad dal flour,1 cup blended dal,baking soda,sesame seeds,salt and whisk it well.
- To this add the melted butter and mix well. Now add the chilli ginger paste and mix it well.
- Add water slowly by mixing and it should be like chapathi dough.
- Now cover it with damp cloth and rest this for 2 hours.
- After two hours remove the cloth and now ready for deep frying. Place the deep frying pan and pour the hoil and heat it.
- When it gets heat take the required amount od dough in the jantikallu press and press this in the oil.
- Deep fry it when it turns to brown and crispy. Take out from oil and place the paper to absorb excess oil.
- When it gets cool preserve them in the air tight box. Serve this at evening tea time.
