Kiwi summer salad with sweet n sour kiwi dressing

Ingredients

• Juice of 1 kiwi
• salt
• 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
• fresh mandarin orange juice 2 tblsp
• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation

• Mix all the dressing ingredients and whish properly with evoo and toss the salad with this bful sweet n sour dressing, garnish with toasted chopped almonds and parsley.
