Ingredients:
4 medium slices of tuna fish, you can use fillet fish actually
2 large onion chopped
3 tbsp of tomato paste diluted in 3 tbsp of water
1 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat the oil.
Add the onion, chili flakes and salt.
Saute until the onion softens.
Add the tomato paste diluted in 3 tbsp water
Continue cooking until the onion becomes soft, transparent and mushy. ( about 8 minutes)
Add 1/2 cup water and let it boil.
When it boils, add the fish and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
