- Clean the pork thoroughly then place pork, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, pepper, water, and bay leaf in a sauce pan. Boil the mixture using medium heat.
- Remove pork from the sauce after liquid reduced in half or until meat is tender, set aside.
- Add sugar to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add coconut milk and Carnation Evaporated milk. Put the meat back in the pan.
- Simmer for 5 more minutes or until sauce thickens.
