- In a bowl combine soysauce, water, vinegar, sugar, sake and pepper. Set Aside2. In a medium heat, saute garlic and onion. Add pork, liver, soy sauce mixture and pickles. Let it simmer until pork is tender. Serve hot with steamed rice.
