Spaghetti & meatballs

Ingredients:

Sauce:
- 26 ounces Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Italian Season
- 1 ½ teaspoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoons Steak Season
- 1 ounce Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 1/3 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 teaspoons-Parmesan Cheese

Meatballs:
- ½ libra Ground Chuck
- 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Steak Season
- ½ teaspoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian Season
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 1 - Egg
- 16 ounces Spaghetti Noodles (cooked)
Preparation:

Step 1: In a medium sized bowl mix together all the meat ingredients and shape into balls about the size of a walnut.

Step 2: Bake on a foil lined baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Step 3: While the meatballs are baking add all of the sauce ingredients to a medium sized sauce pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring every few minutes.

Step 4: When the meatballs are done place them into the sauce and simmer for another 5-10 minutes then ladle the sauce over the platter of noodles and top with the meatballs.

Step 5: Garnish with some fresh grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
