Ingredients

• Grated coconut-1 glass(Dried coconut/Kopra)
• Roasted gram-1 glass (Gulla senagapappu/Bhunachannadal)
• Red chilly powder-5 teaspoons / as per taste
• Garlic-3-4 flakes
• Sugar-one pinch
• Jeera-1/2 teaspoon
• Salt-as per taste

Preparation

• Grind roasted gram,grated coconut,red chilly powder,salt, and jeera into fine powder.Finally add sugar,mix well and serve with steamingly hot rice and ghee.
• Instead of red chilly powder replace with fried dry red chillies(10).
