Step 1: Mix flour,salt ,turmeric powder,soda and water to smooth texture.It should not be too watery or thick.
Step 2: Now add all the chopped ingredients along with anchovies and mix well. Heat oil for deep frying.
Step 3: Once its pipping hot,reduce the flame to medium heat and scoop a spoonful of the mixture and drop into the hot oil.Fry them to golden brown colour.
Step 4: Serve hot with chilli sauce or any you favourite sauces.
