ingredients
250 gr pea
1 onion
50 gr carrot
50 gr leek
25 gr celery
1 bouillon cube
100 gr bacon
100 gr ham
pepper
salt
Preparation:
mince the onion
cook the pea with the onion in 1 liter cold water
after 20 min cooking add the carrots, leek and celery
cook it for another 10 min
add the half of the raw bacon in it
cook for 20 min
take a pan and bake the ham and then the bacon without butter
when the soup is ready mix it
add the bacon and baked ham and serve
