The Keebler Elves and Mrs. Fields walk into a bar...

By Consider This! (Visit website)

Let me introduce you to the holy grail of Luna
Enter: White Chocolate Macadamia...

I don't frequent these babies, as they have a nasty little habit of tasting like metal. Or maybe it's the fact that I severely abused them for years on end, as my afternoon snack ;) Either way, I suppose there is still room for a little Luna lovin in my diet. When I saw this bad boy on the shelves, come one, how could I decline...
My biggest hangup on the Luna bar? Icing. I'm not an Icing fan, I just hate it getting all over my fingers, and melting and blegh, I just don't do icing people. Too much maintenance. Or maybe that's me... ;)
Well, thankfully, today I was seriously hurtin for some sugar.

As you can clearly see I enjoyed this along side a cup of hot coffee. I casually carried my plate by way of my mug, only to recover a partially gooey'ed Luna. ACK!
But have no fear, napkins were here! I did it right today, and enjoyed this baby thoroughly.
Texture wise, this one clocked in a bit different than it's cousins. A light, airy crunch coming predominantly in the form of "crispy brown rice" cereal. Like a White Chocolate Rice Crispy Treat.

Over the top, that's all I got to say about this one. Over the freaking top.

Coffee did wonders and I immediately dozed to the lull's of Food Network until it was dinner time. Sugar coma.

Seeing as Im still indebted to my  ginourmous Squash, tonights dialogue went something like this:
"Squash, Squash, or... hmmm...maybe squash!?"

Squash it was!
Topped with Black Beans and Cilantro
with Roasted Veg in the form of:
Eggplant, Tomato, Onion, and 6 cloves of garlic

...You know, because any less would just be silly.
Can't wait to sweat it out in Yoga tomorrow morning! Yeah! ;)

Well, as I was cleaning up I came to the unfortunate realization that I was out of both dish soap and paper towels! What's a girl to do? Please, like you don't know.

Armed with my stringent list, I shopped only the perimeter of Tar-jay, avoiding any and all temptations. And by all, I mean most, because I totally scored a rockin new hat!
Oh, and a really nice candle! Oh! and...

...That's my cue!
