Ingredients

• 2 pieces white firm tofu
• 1 red chilly - sliced thinly
• 1 green chilly - sliced thinly
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Spring onions for garnishing - sliced

Preparation

• Microwave the tofu pieces for 3 mins and place on a serving plate.
  Drizzle oyster sauce, soy sauce and olive oil all over
  Sprinkle the chillies and spring onions on top.
