Wayne the Butcher also does fish!

I am very picky about my fish.

Farm-raised?  Not interested.  ?Made in China?? See-ya.

Once the salmon well runs dry for me from my source in Alaska somewhere around January each year?. and between waiting patiently for the salmon run in Alaska to begin each year during the summer, I shop locally for my fish.

Where do I shop locally for fish?  Cook?s Natural Market in Rogers.

Wayne the Butcher has fish deliveries each Tuesday and Thursday.  He keeps them frozen, but no worries, they are firm and extremely fresh tasting!

Where are they sourced?

From Hawaii
Mahi-Mahi
Tuna

North Atlantic
Cod

Farm-Raised Florida
Tilapia
Trout

Gulf
Grouper
Snapper

Alaska Wild-Caught
Halibut
Salmon

Chilean
Sea Bass

Don?t see the fish you are looking for?

Wayne the Butcher also does special orders!  Stop in to see him and tell him that Lyndi sent you!
