I am thrilled to be the Fiesta Foodie to bring you the next round of this wonderful giveaway of Gloria Chadwick's Foods and Flavors of San Antonio. If you've been following us on the blogosphere you know this cookbook has many many fans. And rightly so!

I have made several meals from this book for my family and they have all been a well received success. The fact that my family has requested to eat them again is a sure sign of a winning meal! I think there is something for everyone is this book, and everything from a lazy day weekend meal to a quick weeknight dinner makes this a must have for any Tex-Mex fan.
