Bagel Thin Sandwich

Have you all tried these newish bagel thins made by Thomas?  About a year or two ago they came out with sandwich thins (super thin buns) that I love, so I was thrilled to see the bagel thins.

I am not a low carb kind of person, but I do like to watch my calorie intake and so many buns and bagels are really high in calories.  These thin bagels are fantastic because you can focus more on what is inside the sandwich and still get that little taste of bread.

I made a wonderful sandwich using the everything bagel thin.  It consisted of goat cheese, low fat cream cheese, thin slices of red pepper, a slice of pineapple, and cucumber slices.  I toasted the entire thing in my husband's beloved panini maker (he eats paninis all the time) and it was delicious!  Pineapple should be a more common ingredient on sandwiches.
