- Prepare burger buns (or use ready-made ones). Cut a bun in half and brown the inner sides in the pan if desired.
- Spread the pesto sauce on both sides of the bread. Place sun-dried tomatoes on the underside of the bread.
- Grill the pancetta in a hot pan.
- In the pan, pour the olive oil and cook the steak. When you turn it, salt, pepper and add the mozzarella over it so that it has time to melt.
- Make the burger : on the sundried tomato layer, place the steak and mozzarella, the grilled pancetta, the salad and close the bread. And there you are !
Observations
You can make the burger buns yourself.
You can also grill the buns by cutting them in half and arranging them on the inside side on a hot pan for a few minutes. Your burger will be crispier.
The ground steak is cooked to taste.
