The perfect sauce for your pasta, gnocchi, toasts and many more ! Very easy to prepare and so much better when it's homemade ;-)

  • Homemade green pesto - pesto alla genovese - Preparation step 1Wash the basil leaves then transfer them in a chopper. Add parmesan, pine nuts and degermed garlic clove.

Observations

Level up your pesto skills : grill the pine nuts in a pan until golden. Cook the garlic in olive oil a few minutes. Leave to cool down and blend with the other ingredients and some pepper.

Cover the pesto with olive oil : it will last longer.
