Homemade green pesto - pesto alla genovese

The perfect sauce for your pasta, gnocchi, toasts and many more ! Very easy to prepare and so much better when it's homemade ;-)

Preparation
- Wash the basil leaves then transfer them in a chopper. Add parmesan, pine nuts and degermed garlic clove.
- Pour olive oil and then blend until you have an homogeneous texture.
- Transfer the sauce in a container.
- There you are, your pesto is ready !
Observations
Level up your pesto skills : grill the pine nuts in a pan until golden. Cook the garlic in olive oil a few minutes. Leave to cool down and blend with the other ingredients and some pepper.
Cover the pesto with olive oil : it will last longer.
