  • Pour the flour into a bowl and add the eggs into a well in the middle. Now with a fork go in circles from the middle to the outside until the dough starts getting very thick and sticky.

    Now take it out from the bowl onto a working space and knead like a bread dough until it is smooth and not sticky anymore.
    Let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Then roll out with the pasta machine until the thinnest and cut into 20 cm stripes, those stripes were cut into thirds with a ravioli cutter. Lay them out on a floured towel.
  • Heat the oil and add the chopped garlic, then add the tomato sauce, season, heat up and add the vodka and at the end the cream. Mix well.
  • Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes, drain and mix with the sauce. Serve hot.
