Easy to make noodles on a creamy Vodka sauce.

Ingredients

For the noodles:

300 g 00'Flour
3 Eggs

For the sauce:

1 glass Tomato sauce
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Oil
100 ml Vodka (the cheapest)
Salt, Pepper, Chili
50 ml Whipping Cream

Pour the flour into a bowl and add the eggs into a well in the middle. Now with a fork go in circles from the middle to the outside until the dough starts getting very thick and sticky.

Now take it out from the bowl onto a working space and knead like a bread dough until it is smooth and not sticky anymore.
Let rest for 30 minutes.
Then roll out with the pasta machine until the thinnest and cut into 20 cm stripes, those stripes were cut into thirds with a ravioli cutter. Lay them out on a floured towel.
Heat the oil and add the chopped garlic, then add the tomato sauce, season, heat up and add the vodka and at the end the cream. Mix well.
Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes, drain and mix with the sauce. Serve hot.
