Chocolate Martini

This is a great alternative to dessert :-)

If you want a proper chocolate martini simply shake the vodka and creme de cacao in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy.If you want a slightly less potent version you can do the following... prepare the hot chocolate as you would usually but don't add sugar and don't make it too thick.Allow the hot chocolate to cool slightly and then pour into the cocktail shaker with the vodka, creme de cacao and baileys. Add plenty of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass and serve.
