Ingredients

• 1 lb zucchinis
• 1 onion
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 stock cube
• butter
• 2 Kiri cheeses
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

• In a pot, melt the butter, and cook the minced onion in it.
• Then, add the peeled and diced zucchinis, and cook them for around 5 minutes.
  
• Add water, stock cube, salt, pepper, cover and leave simmer at medium heat for 15 minutes.
• Put the vegetables with some cooking water in a blender, and add the 2 Kiri cheeses. Blend and add some cooking water if needed.
  
• There you are, your zucchini velvet soup is ready !
