- In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg and the coconut milk and mix well.
- Then, add the buckwheat flakes, the baking powder and some chocolate chips, and mix well.
- Pour the batter in a bowl, then bake in the microwave for 3 min at high heat.
- Unmould and decorate as you like ! Here we used strawberries, grated coconut and blueberries.
