Preparation
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg and the milk and mix well.
Then, add the oat flakes, baking powder and brown sugar, and mix well.
Pour the batter in a bowl, and bake in the microwave for 3 minutes at high heat.
Unmould, and decorate as you like ! Here we used some mango and banana, a raspberry and some honey.
