Have you heard about mug cakes ? Here, it's declined in a bowl, that will allow you to unmould it and decorate it ! So simple to bake, this sweet will be your breakfast ally, full of vitamins and energy !

Ingredients

1 banana
1 egg
3 Tbsp almond milk
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp powdered cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 ounce muesli

In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
Add the egg, the almond milk, the sugar, the cocoa and the baking powder, and mix well.
Then add the muesli and mix.
Pour the batter in a bowl, and bake for 3 minutes in the microwave at high heat.
Unmould and decorate as you like ! Here we used kiwi and nuts.
