Cold radish soup
A cold soup to enjoy on hot days! And to change from the traditional Spanish tomato gazpacho, opt for this radish + goat cheese blend :-) Easy to make, this no-cook recipe will also be very quick. Preparation
Clean the radishes and put them in a blender. Add the goat cheese, milk, garlic clove, salt, and pepper. Blend everything together.
Serve in small glasses and place thin slices of radish on top. It's ready!
