- When oil is heated fry the garlic until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and keep for garnishing later. Into the same oil, fry the mutton for 5 minutes.
- Add in water, potatoes and all the spices. Let it simmer over low heat.
- Check to see whether the mutton and potatoes are cooked.
- Once this is done, off the heat. Into a serving bow, add the needed amount of mee hoon and mutton soup on top.
- Garnish with the fried garlic, coriander and spring onions.
