Cut each sausage in 4, and put them in a dish that goes in the oven.
Combine the honey, the soy sauce and the oil.
Pour this mix on the sausages.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 410°F
Mix well and leave 2 more minutes in the oven. The sausages should caramelize, but it goes pretty fast so be careful.
There you are, your cocktail sausages are ready!
