- Prepare soup according to instructions with 4.5C milk. Replace a little of the milk with cream.
- Add the shrimp, mushrooms and cauliflower. Distribute your content into 3-4 small ramekins.
- Sprinkle with grated white cheese and gratin in the oven at 200 C for approx. 8 minutes or until soup has a golden brown top.
- Gratin Lofoten Fish soup tastes excellent in puff pastry shells.
