- Remove all skin and bones from the fish and cut them in small cube pieces.
- Marinate the fish with 1 teaspoon black pepper powder,1tbsp chopped garlic,salt,oregano,dried mint leaves and 2 teaspoon oil; mix well and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
- In non-stick pan heat oil and add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic,chopped shallots and saute till it turns to translucent. .Add the marinated fish pieces and grill the fish until cooked.
- In another pan,melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir the flour into it, until smooth and thick. Continue stirring.Add a small amount of milk. When the mixture boils, add more milk and mix thoroughly. Continue until all the milk is used up.
- When the sauce is ready, add the grilled fish,salt to taste and mix gently. Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder,mix and remove from the fire.
- Add the cheese and chopped parsley or coriander leaves and serve hot.
