Everyone is talking about egg boats ! So here is a recipe that explains this simple but great concept !

Ingredients

• 2 buns
• 2 eggs
• thickened sour cream
• 4 cheddar slices
• 4 chorizo slices
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

• Cut the top of each bun, and take the inside out.
• Put a tablespoon of cream inside, then a slice of cheddar.
• Break an egg in the bun, salt, pepper, then add somes little pieces of chorizo and some cheddar.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
• There you are ! Enjoy !
