Put the peas, basil, lemon juice, parmesan, olive oil, almonds and pepper in a blender (or chopper).
Blend it all until you have a homogeneous texture !
Transfer the dip into a plate. Grill the almond flakes in a hot pan until golden.
Put the burrata on top of the dip. Pour a generous drizzle of olive oil on top.
Add toppings : lemon and orange zests, grilled almond flakes, salt, pepper and basil leaves.
Enjoy with some bread slices !
