Beef and mushroom cream cheese dip

Number of serving: 6
1 pound ground beef

6 oz diced fresh mushrooms

1 8 oz block of neufchatel cheese

1 can rotel


  • Brown the ground beef.
  • Drain and rinse.
  • Use a little of the reserved grease to saute the mushrooms until soft.
  • Add the beef back. Add the rotel and cheese.
  • Stir until the cheese is melty and everything is well incorporated.
  • Remove to large bowl.
