Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1 7.5oz can salmon, large bones removed

1 pkg 8oz light cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup light mayonnaise

1 tablespoons dried minced onion (or 2 tbsp finely minced fresh)

3 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a fork until well combined.
  • It should be a nice pink color if it looks brown, add a little more ketchup.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • This is the kind of dip that can be made a day ahead of time because it only gets better the next day.
