Spicy and moist chorizo muffins
These chorizo muffins are perfect for adding a touch of spice to your aperitifs or picnics! Soft and deliciously spicy, they combine the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the dough with the spicy flavor of the chorizo. What's more, preparation is child's play: in just a few minutes, they're ready to pop in the oven :) With a small green salad, they also make a great starter! Follow the preparation steps below:

- Large bowl / salad bowl

Preparation
- Start by removing the skin from the chorizo, then cut into small pieces.
*You can pan-fry it for a few minutes if you like! - Place the flour, baking powder, salt (in small quantities) and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add tomato paste, milk, olive oil and eggs. Mix well with a whisk.
- Then add the grated cheese and chorizo pieces and mix with a Maryse.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, using a tablespoon to evenly distribute the chorizo pieces in each mould.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F/180°C.
- Turn out carefully and it's ready!
