In the bowl of the mixer, put all the ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes. Form a ball.
Let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour. After this time, degas it by pressing on the dough to release the air.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 centimeter. Using a round cookie cutter about 10 cm in diameter, cut out your muffins.
Place your muffins on a hot pan over low heat and cook for 9 minutes. Flip them and cook for another 9 minutes.
