- In a bowl, put all the ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. Form a ball.
- Leave the dough at room temperature for 1 hour. After, apply some pressure on it to take the air out.
- Roll out the dough on some flour, about 1/3 inch thick. Use a 4 inches diameter cookie cutter to cut the muffins.
- Put them on a hot pan on low heat, and leave 9 minutes. Flip them and leave 9 minutes more.
- There you are, your English muffins are ready!
