7 oz bacon


3 oz cheese

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Egg and bacon muffins
    Grill the bacon on a hot pan. Slice the muffins in half and put some bacon on the base.
  • Step 2 - Egg and bacon muffins
    Grease the muffin mold, and break an egg in each muffin hole. Bake 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 3 - Egg and bacon muffins
    Arrange and egg on the bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Put the top of the muffin back.
  • Step 4 - Egg and bacon muffins
    There you are, your egg and bacon muffin is ready!
