A classic salted cake, perfect for a dinner party or a picnic, served as a muffin.

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 3 fl oz oil
• salt
• pepper
• 4 ounces grated cheese
• 7 ounces diced ham
• 2 ounces olives

Preparation

• Mix together flour, eggs, baking powder, oil, salt and pepper to get your muffins batter.
• Add diced ham, grated cheese and minced olives.
  
• Mix together.
• Pour batter in a muffin mould, and sprinkle some grated cheese on each muffin.
  
• Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F .
• Your muffins are ready !
