1 cup flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
3 fl oz oil
salt
pepper
4 ounces grated cheese
7 ounces diced ham
2 ounces olives

Preparation

Cook time20 min

Mix together flour, eggs, baking powder, oil, salt and pepper to get your muffins batter.
Add diced ham, grated cheese and minced olives.
Mix together.
Pour batter in a muffin mould, and sprinkle some grated cheese on each muffin.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F .
Your muffins are ready !
