Let's go to Europe with this baguette stuffed with chorizo recipe !

- In a big bowl, put flour and salt. Add the baker's yeast, then pour warm water. Mix and knead the dough, then leave it to settle for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Once it is swollen, press on it to get the air out, then roll it out. Cut 1.5 inches wide stripes.
- Spread some chorizo pieces on each stripe, then close it and roll it, so it looks like a thin baguette.
- Put them on a baking tray, then leave it to settle for around 20 minutes.
- Use a sharp knife to slit each baguette.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Put a bowl full of water in the oven at the same time to avoid your baguettes to be dry.
