In a big bowl, put flour and salt. Add the baker's yeast, then pour warm water. Mix and knead the dough, then leave it to settle for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Once it is swollen, press on it to get the air out, then roll it out. Cut 1.5 inches wide stripes.
Spread some chorizo pieces on each stripe, then close it and roll it, so it looks like a thin baguette.
Put them on a baking tray, then leave it to settle for around 20 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to slit each baguette.
Bake for 25 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Put a bowl full of water in the oven at the same time to avoid your baguettes to be dry.
