200 gr fresh cod

2 tbsp grated parmesan

30 gr chorizo

10 gr breadcrumbs

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Baked cod with chorizo crust
    Peel the chorizo, cut it in large cubes. Blend with grated parmesan and breadcrumbs to form a paste.
  • Step 2 - Baked cod with chorizo crust
    Brush some olive oil on the cod and stick the chorizo paste on it.
  • Step 3 - Baked cod with chorizo crust
    Bake on a parchment paper during 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C). There you are !
