Remove the skin from the chorizo, then cut it into large pieces. Place the pieces in the chopper with the parmesan and breadcrumbs. Chop until a paste is formed.
Brush a little olive oil on the cod and press the chorizo paste onto it.
Place the cod on parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (390°F). It's ready!
