2 eggs (hard boiled)

6 bran bread slices

3.5 oz butter (100 g)

3.5 oz cod roe (100 g)

Preparation

  • Slice the eggs into rounds, about 3 mm thin. Set aside.
  • Butter the bread slices.
  • Apply the cod roe on each slice.
  • Top each sandwich with two egg rounds.
  • Serve the cod roe sandwiches immediately.
