1 cod filet

juice of 1 lime

6 Tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper

1 green pepper

1/2 onion

1/2 mango



  • Step 1 - Cod Ceviche with mangoPrepare the marinade : cut your fish into fine stripes. Then, in a bowl, mix together the olive oil, the lime juice, the salt, the pepper and the cut fish.
  • Step 2 - Cod Ceviche with mangoPut the bowl in the fridge during at least 3 hours.

You can change almost all the ingredients (you can put salmon and avocado for example), but the marinade has to be the same as this recipe.
