Prepare the marinade : cut your fish into fine stripes. Then, in a bowl, mix together the olive oil, the lime juice, the salt, the pepper and the cut fish.
Put the bowl in the fridge during at least 3 hours.
Cut the tomatoes, the green pepper, the mango and the onion in cubes.
Mix them with coriander.
Finally, mix together the marinade and the vegetable salad.
