- Prepare the marinade : cut your fish into fine stripes. Then, in a bowl, mix together the olive oil, the lime juice, the salt, the pepper and the cut fish.
- Put the bowl in the fridge during at least 3 hours.
- Cut the tomatoes, the green pepper, the mango and the onion in cubes.
- Mix them with coriander.
- Finally, mix together the marinade and the vegetable salad.
- There you are, your ceviche is ready.
Observations
You can change almost all the ingredients (you can put salmon and avocado for example), but the marinade has to be the same as this recipe.
