Travel to South America with our ceviche recipe! No cooking required, recreate this colorful and flavorful dish! Cod paired with diced tomatoes, green peppers, and mango to bring a bit of sunshine to your kitchen.

Prepare the marinade: cut your fish into thin slices. Then, in a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and the fish.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Dice the tomatoes, green pepper, mango, and onion.
Mix the vegetables with the cilantro.
Finally, mix together the marinated fish and the vegetable salad, then serve: shape the ceviche using a ring mold, or make a small mound on a plate.
And there you have it, your ceviche is ready.
Observations
You can change almost all the ingredients (for example, you can use salmon and avocado), but the marinade must remain the same as in this recipe.
