Ingredients

1 cod filet

juice of 1 lime

6 Tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper

1 green pepper


1/2 onion

1/2 mango

cilantro

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Cod Ceviche with mango
    Prepare the marinade : cut your fish into fine stripes. Then, in a bowl, mix together the olive oil, the lime juice, the salt, the pepper and the cut fish.
  • Step 2 - Cod Ceviche with mango
    Put the bowl in the fridge during at least 3 hours.
  • Step 3 - Cod Ceviche with mango
    Cut the tomatoes, the green pepper, the mango and the onion in cubes.
  • Step 4 - Cod Ceviche with mango
    Mix them with coriander.
  • Step 5 - Cod Ceviche with mango
    Finally, mix together the marinade and the vegetable salad.
  • Step 6 - Cod Ceviche with mango
    There you are, your ceviche is ready.

Observations:

You can change almost all the ingredients (you can put salmon and avocado for example), but the marinade has to be the same as this recipe.
